We have been in contact with Michelle Cann (GSE Team member to Turkey), who owns and operates String + Salt in Warragul, about running a course for those interest so she can share her experiences on Turkish cooking following her visit to Turkey
She has offered two alternatives:
1. Full Turkish Feast
Learn how to cook many different spicy stews, kebabs, rices, breads etc. Michelle will explore the various spices with you where it will be hands on so you can really experience the cooking process up close.
Class will be from around 9.30am to 2.30pm. Cost: $100pp includes all food.
2. Turkish Tapas
Learn how to prepare dips, cured meats, cheeses, breads etc. Lots of finger food.
Class will be from around 9.30am to 12.30pm
