Fellowship

Rotary was founded on fellowship, a concept that has been expanded internationally through the Rotary Fellowships, groups that bring together members from different countries and cultures to enjoy a shared interest.

Rotary Fellowships are autonomous, international groups of Rotarians, Rotarian spouses, and Rotaractors who join together to:

• Share a common interest in worthwhile recreational activities (sports, hobbies, etc.) 
• Further their vocational development through acquaintance with others of the same profession 
• Make new friends around the world
• Explore new opportunities for service
• Have fun and enhance their Rotary experience 

Through programs like Rotary Fellowships, Group Study Exchange, and Rotary Friendship Exchange, Rotarians tap into an international network of people who share similar interests.
